Avocado Chocolate Mousse



  • 2 ripe avocados, the meat scooped out of the shell
  • 3 tablespoons honey or agave (more or less to taste.)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt


  1. Use a blender or food processor to blend the avocados until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until everything is combined.
  3. Add more or less honey/agave according to your taste.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
